We have had a few reports from customers telling us their radio sprouted legs and took a diving leap off the kitchen table, nightstand, countertop or some other high place. When the radio pulls off a perfect headfirst dive onto a hard floor, the whip antenna will usually sustain an injury if it's extended. If you don't feel comfortable replacing the antenna yourself please call us. We will be happy to take care of this for you.
