We have had a few reports from customers telling us their CCRadio or CCRadio Plus sprouted legs and took a diving leap off the kitchen table, nightstand, countertop or some other high place. When the radio pulls off a perfect headfirst dive onto a hard floor, the whip antenna will usually sustain an injury if it's extended. This replacement antenna is easy to install; please click on the "Downloads/Manuals" tab for instructions. If you don't feel comfortable replacing the antenna yourself please call us. We will be happy to take care of this for you.
Note: If you own the CCRadio 2, CCRadio 2E, or CCRadio 3 then a different replacement antenna is required.
